基层医院护理人员绩效考核方法探讨

             

摘要

目的:本文主要探索护理绩效考核、奖金分配的护理管理模式,提高护理管理效应,从而调动护理人员工作的积极性和主动性,更好地促进护理工作的可持续性发展。通过等级评审要求,规范本院绩效管理和激励机制,通过院科两级薪酬与绩效有效结合,每月进行考核,做到公平、公正、合理,调动护士积极性。通过应用绩效和激励机制,充分发挥了护士工作的积极性,变被动为主动服务,改变护士服务观念。护士的综合素质明显提高,加强了护理管理,提高了护理质量和患者满意度。%In this paper,the author explored the nursing management mode on performance appraisal and bonus distribution of nurse,to improve the nursing management effect,in order to mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of the nursing staff,and to better promote the sustainable development of nursing work.Through the accreditation requirements,to standardize the performance management and incentive mechanism in the hospital, combination of compensation and performance effective in the two level of hospital and department,assessment monthly,in order to be fair and reasonable,to mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses.Application of performance and incentive mechanism,to make full use of the enthusiasm of nurses in the work,and change passive to active service,change the concept of nursing service.The comprehensive quality of nurses was improved obviously,the nursing management was strengthened,and the nursing quality and patient satisfaction also improved.
