腹腔镜与开腹子宫肌瘤挖除术的临床对比分析

摘要

Objective:To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic and open surgery for uterine fibroids.Methods:106 patients with uterine fibroids were selected.Patients in the experimental group were treated with laparoscopic uterine fibroids,and the control group was treated with cesarean section.Statistical analysis of two groups of patients after surgery.Results:In the experimental group,the duration of operation,the amount of bleeding during operation and the recovery time were less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic uterine fibroids in the treatment of uterine fibroids compared with the laparotomy has obvious clinical advantages.Laparoscopic uterine fibroids cut operation time is short,and surgical trauma is small.%目的：对比腹腔镜与开腹子宫肌瘤挖除术的临床效果。方法：收治子宫肌瘤患者106例，试验组治疗方案为腹腔镜子宫肌瘤挖除术，对照组治疗方案为剖腹子宫肌瘤挖除术。对两组手术后疗效进行对比分析。结果：试验组无论是手术持续时间、手术期间出血量还是手术后住院康复时间均少于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：腹腔镜子宫肌瘤挖除术相对于剖腹子宫肌瘤挖除术具有明显的临床优势，腹腔镜子宫肌瘤挖除术手术时间短、手术创伤小。
