A frame is created on the periphery of an aponeurosis at 1 cm away from the border and going 1 cm beyond a wound corner by longitudinal underrunning of the aponeurosis border with a double nonabsorbable suture. The aponeurosis is closed by separate interrupted suture with covering frame sutures and the aponeurosis from both sides of the wound.
