血必净注射液辅助治疗重症肺炎的疗效观察

Objective:To study the clinical effect of Xuebijing injection in the treatment of severe pneumonia.Methods:78 patients with severe pneumonia were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 39 cases in each.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment.The observation group was given Xuebijing injection on this basis.The curative effect and antibiotics treatment time,mechanical ventilation treatment time,ICU hospitalization time were observed between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 69.23%,which was significant higher than 69.23% of the control group(P<0.05).The times of antibiotics treatment and mechanical ventilation treatment in the observation group were less than those of the control group,and the ICU hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuebijing injection in the adjunctive treatment of severe pneumonia has a good effect.It can effectively improve the pneumonia symptoms of patients.%目的：研究血必净注射液在重症肺炎治疗中的临床效果。方法：收治重症肺炎患者78例，随机分为对照组和观察组各39例。对照组给予常规的西医治疗，观察组在此基础上加用血必净注射液，观察两组的疗效和抗生素治疗时间、机械通气治疗时间、ICU 住院时间等。结果：观察组的总有效率89.74%，明显高于对照组的69.23%(P＜0.05)。观察组的抗生素治疗和机械通气治疗的时间均小于对照组，且观察组ICU住院时间更短(P＜0.05)。结论：血必净注射液辅助治疗重症肺炎具有良好效果，能有效改善患者肺炎症状。
