颅骨钻孔引流结合尿激酶溶栓治疗急性硬膜外血肿的临床研究

摘要

目的：探讨颅骨钻孔引流结合尿激酶溶栓治疗急性硬膜外血肿的疗效。方法：收治急性硬膜外血肿患者90例，按治疗方式不同分为微创组行颅骨钻孔联合尿激酶溶栓治疗47例和开颅组行传统开颅手术治疗43例。结果：微创手术组与传统开颅手术对照组相比，患者手术出血量明显减少，手术时间明显缩短(P＜0.01)。结论：颅骨钻孔引流结合尿激酶溶栓治疗急性硬膜外血肿创伤小、术后恢复快、安全性高，患者住院时间短，大幅度提升引流的效率。%Objective:To investigate the effect of skull drilling drainage combined with urokinase thrombolysis in the treatment of acute epidural hematoma.Methods:90 patients with acute epidural hematoma were selected.According to the way of treatment,they were divided into the minimally invasive group with 47 cases used the skull drilling combined with urokinase thrombolytic therapy and the craniotomy group with 43 cases used the traditional craniotomy treatment.Results:The minimally invasive surgery group compared with the traditional craniotomy control group,the amount of bleeding was significantly reduced,and the operation time was significantly shorter(P<0.01).Conclusion:Skull drilling drainage combined with urokinase thrombolysis in the treatment of acute epidural hematoma has minimally invasive,fast recovery,high safety,and the patients with short hospital stay,greatly enhance the efficiency of drainage.
