苏州地区青少年代谢综合征及其相关危险因素的流行病学调查研究

     

摘要

Objective:To explore the epidemiological characteristics of adolescent metabolic syndrome and its related risk factors in suzhou area.Methods:Using cluster sampling method,663 teenagers aged 10 to 16 years of xiangcheng district of suzhou city were selected.Field questionnaire,physical examination and laboratory examination were used,and we analyzed the risk factors of metabolic syndrome in adolescents using Logistic regression analysis.Results:The detection rate of metabolic syndrome was 6.49%(43/663),and there was no significant difference between male and female(P=0.44).Univariate analysis showed that age,giant child history,overweight,obesity,high fat diet,low intensity exercise were associated with metabolic syndrome(P<0.05).Multi factor Logistic regression analysis showed that age,giant child history,low intensity exercise,high fat diet,overweight,obesity were positively associated with the incidence of adolescent metabolic syndrome,high intensity exercise was negatively correlated with the incidence of metabolic syndrome in adolescents.Conclusion:The prevalence of metabolic syndrome in teenagers aged 10 to 16 years of suzhou area was at a high level.Obesity,overweight,high fat diet were risk factors needed to focus on intervention.%目的:探讨苏州地区青少年代谢综合征的流行病学特点及相关影响因素。方法:采用整群抽样方法,选取苏州市相城区663例10~16岁学生,采用现场问卷调查、体格检查和实验室检查,采用Logistic回归分析对青少年代谢综合征的相关危险因素进行分析。结果:代谢综合征检出率6.49%(43/663),男女差异无统计学意义(P=0.44)。单因素分析显示,年龄、巨大儿史、超重、肥胖、高脂饮食、低强度运动和代谢综合征患病相关(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、巨大儿史、低强度运动、高脂饮食、超重、肥胖与青少年代谢综合征的发病率呈正相关,而高强度运动与青少年代谢综合征的发病呈负相关。结论:苏州地区10~16岁青少年的代谢综合征患病率处于较高水平,其中肥胖、超重、高脂饮食是需要重点干预的危险因素。
