Objective:To explore the clinical effect of intramedullary nail and plate fixation in the treatment of distal tibial extra-articular fracture.Methods:60 cases of patients with distal tibial extra-articular fracture were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with plate fixation,and the observation group was treated with intramedullary nail fixation. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The fracture healing time,elimination time of swelling and recovery time of function in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Intramedullary nail in the treatment of distal tibial extra-articular fracture had more significant clinical curative effect,which could promote the recovery of patients significantly.%目的：探究髓内钉与钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端关节外骨折的临床疗效。方法：收治胫骨远端关节外骨折患者60例，随机分为两组。对照组给予钢板内固定治疗，观察组给予髓内钉固定治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：观察组骨折愈合时间、肿胀消除时间以及功能恢复时间明显短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：髓内钉治疗胫骨远端关节外骨折的临床疗效较显著，能显著促进患者恢复。
