ICU小儿先天性心脏病术后压疮的原因分析及预防措施

摘要

压疮是临床常见的并发症之一，也是医疗护理领域的难题。小儿先天性心脏病(简称先心)术后患儿由于疾病影响成为发生压疮的高危患者。目前国内有大量针对成人压疮预防护理的研究，但对ICU小儿先心术后压疮的预防研究还很少见。为提高ICU护理人员对于该高危患儿的重视程度、降低压疮的发生率，本文对ICU小儿先心术后患儿存在的压疮高危因素进行了分析，并对其预防措施进行了总结，现综述如下。%Pressure sore is one of the common clinical complications,and it is also a difficult problem in the field of medical care. Children with congenital heart disease(referred to as congenital heart disease)postoperative children become a high risk of pressure ulcer patients due to the influence of disease.At present,there is a lot of research on the prevention and nursing care of adult patients with pressure ulcer,but the prevention research of pressure ulcer in children with congenital heart disease after operation is still very rare.In order to enhance the attention of ICU nursing staff to the high risk children,reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers,the risk factors of pressure ulcer in children with congenital heart disease after operation were analyzed in this paper,and its preventive measures are summarized,the following are summarized as follows.
