目的：探讨克霉唑治疗妊娠合并外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床效果。方法：收治妊娠合并外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者60例，按照时间顺序分为两组。对照组给予制霉菌素治疗，观察组给予克霉唑治疗。观察两组的治疗效果，随访3个月，就两组复发率比较展开分析。结果：观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。随访3个月发现，观察组复发率显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：针对妊娠合并外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者行克霉唑治疗，不但治疗效果好，且复发率较低，有助于预后。%Objective:To explore the clinical effect of clotrimazole in the treatment of pregnant combined with vulva vagina candida albicans disease.Methods:60 patients with pregnant combined with vulva vagina candida albicans disease were selected. They were divided into two groups according to the time sequence.The control group was given nystatin treatment.The observation group was given clotrimazole treatment.The treatment effects of two groups were observed.Follow up for 3 months,the recurrence rates of two groups were analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Follow up for 3 months,the recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The patients with pregnant combined with vulva vagina candida albicans disease are given clotrimazole treatment,the treatment effect is good,and the recurrence rate is low.It is helpful to the prognosis.
