内科胸腔镜联合胸腔闭式引流对结核性胸腔积液的诊治

摘要

目的：探讨内科胸腔镜联合胸腔闭式引流治疗结核性胸腔积液的疗效。方法：收治结核性胸腔积液患者100例，随机分成观察组和对照组，对照组采用反复胸部穿刺抽取胸腔积液，观察组采用胸腔镜联合胸腔闭式引流，比较两组治疗效果。结果：观察组体温恢复时间、胸腔积液控制时间、胸腔积液排出量和住院时间均明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：内科胸腔镜联合胸腔闭式引流治疗结核性胸腔积液的疗效显著。%Objective:To explore the effect of thoracoscope combined with thoracic closed drainage in internal medicine in the treatment of tuberculous pleural effusion.Methods:100 patients with tuberculous pleural effusion were selected.They were random-ly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated by repeated chest puncture for extraction of pleural effusion.The observation group was treated with thoracoscope combined with thoracic closed drainage.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the body temperature recovery time,pleural effusion control time, pleural effusion discharge volume and length of stay were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The ef-fect of thoracoscope combined with thoracic closed drainage in internal medicine in the treatment of tuberculous pleural effusion was significant.
