鼻内镜下治疗顽固性鼻出血68例临床分析

摘要

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of refractory nasal bleeding treated with nasal endoscopy.Methods:68 patients with refractory nasal bleeding were selected.They were given nasal endoscopic treatment.We observed the treatment effect.Results:The total effective rate was 98.5%,and there was no adverse reactions.Conclusion:The clinical effect of refractory nasal bleeding treated with nasal endoscopy was significant.%目的：探讨鼻内镜下治疗顽固性鼻出血的临床疗效。方法：收治顽固性鼻出血患者68例，行鼻内镜下治疗，观察治疗效果。结果：治疗总有效率98.5%，无任何不良反应。结论：鼻内镜下治疗顽固性鼻出血的临床疗效显著。
