微创小切口在单纯性阑尾炎手术中的运用效果观察

摘要

目的：探讨微创小切口在单纯性阑尾炎手术中的临床价值。方法：收治单纯性阑尾炎患者144例，随机分为常规组和试验组，常规组行常规阑尾切除手术，试验组行微创小切口手术，比较两组治疗效果。结果：在试验组，手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后切口感染率与并发症发生率均明显优于常规组(P＜0.05)。结论：微创小切口在单纯性阑尾炎手术中的临床价值显著。%Objective:To explore the clinical value of minimally invasive incision in the operation of simple appendicitis.Methods:144 patients with appendicitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the normal group and the experimental group.The normal group was treated by routine appendectomy.The experimental group was treated with minimally invasive surgery.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the operation time,blood loss,hospital stay, postoperative incision infection rate and complication rate were significantly better than the normal group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical value of minimally invasive incision in the operation of simple appendicitis was significant.
