经皮肝穿胆道内外引流术治疗高龄胆石性黄疸的临床应用

摘要

目的：探讨经皮肝穿胆道内外引流术治疗高龄胆石性黄疸的临床效果。方法：收治高龄结石性阻塞性黄疸患者30例，采用经皮肝穿胆道内外引流术治疗，观察治疗效果。结果：所有患者均成功行胆道内外引流管置入，24例血胆红素水平1月内完全正常，6例明显下降，随访黄疸未再发，患者及家属生活满意度较高。结论：经皮肝穿胆道内外引流管置入术治疗结石性黄疸效果显著。%Objective:To explore the clinical effect of percutaneous transhepatic cholangial drainag in the treatment of elderly patients with gallstone jaundice.Methods:30 elderly patients with stone obstructive jaundice were selected.They were treated with percutaneous transhepatic cholangial drainage.We observed the treatment effect.Results:The operation of all patients was successful,the serum bilirubin level in 24 patients was completely normal within 1 month,6 cases were obviously decreased.The follow-up showed that there was no recurrence of jaundice,and life satisfaction of patients and their families was higher. Conclusion:The clinical effect of percutaneous transhepatic cholangial drainag in the treatment of elderly patients with gallstone jaundice was significant.
