糖尿病合并冠心病患者行冠脉造影术的护理体会

摘要

Objective:To analyze the nursing experience of coronary angiography in patients with diabetes combined with coronary heart disease.Methods:80 patients with diabetes combined with coronary heart disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The control group was given general routine nursing.The observation group was given psychological nursing,strengthening preoperative,postoperative and postoperative nursing and diet nursing on the basis of the control group.Results:After nursing,the state and trait anxiety of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:When coronary angiography in patients with diabetes combined with coronary heart disease,strengthening psychological nursing,preoperative,postoperative and postoperative nursing and diet nursing have important clinical significances in the improvement of nursing quality.%目的：分析糖尿病合并冠心病患者行冠脉造影术的护理经验。方法：收治糖尿病合并冠心病行冠脉造影术患者80例，随机分成观察组和对照组各40例，对照组给予一般常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上给予心理护理、加强术前、术中和术后的护理和饮食护理。结果：护理后，观察组状态和特质焦虑明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：对糖尿病合并冠心病患者行冠脉造影术时，加强心理护理、术前、术中和术后的护理和饮食护理对提高护理质量有着重要的临床意义。
