目的：研究中医手法复位在小儿肱骨髁上骨折治疗中的临床效果。方法：收治肱骨髁上骨折患儿100例，作为研究对象，将其随机分为两组，即观察组与对照组。对照组采用中医手法复位进行治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上采用中药联合治疗，对比两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果：观察组的疗效显著优于对照组，并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：中医手法复位结合中药治疗在小儿肱骨髁上骨折治疗中的临床效果显著。%Objective:To study the clinical effect of Chinese manipulative reduction in the treatment of humeral supracondylar fracture in children.Methods:100 children patients with humeral supracondylar fracture were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group.The control group was given Chinese manipulative reduction treatment.The observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine combined treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the incidence rate of complication was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese manipulative reduction combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of humeral supracondylar fracture in children has a significant clinical effect.
