HPV检测、TCT及宫颈刮片在宫颈癌和癌前病变筛查中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨HPV检测、TCT及宫颈刮片在宫颈癌和癌前病变筛查中的应用价值。方法：收治宫颈异常患者1500例，均进行HPV检测、TCT及宫颈刮片检查，分析检查结果。结果：HPV检测方法明显优于TCT和宫颈刮片(P＜0.05)。结论：HPV检查方法敏感性较高，可以明显提高阳性检出率。%Objective:To explore the application effect of HPV detection,TCT and cervical curettage in the screening of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions.Methods:1 500 patients with abnormal cervical were selected.They were given HPV test,TCT and cervical curettage.We analyzed the results.Results:HPV detection method was significantly better than TCT and cervical curettage(P<0.05).Conclusion:The sensitivity of PV examination method was higher,and it can significantly improve the positive detection rate.
