联合体位固定技术在体部肿瘤放疗中的应用分析

摘要

近年来，随着现代精确放疗技术的发展，等中心放射治疗技术已经得到临床肿瘤科的普遍应用。本文采用回顾性分析方法，对联合体位固定技术在体部肿瘤放疗中的应用情况进行详细论述，采用体位固定技术的高精度，减少肿瘤等中心摆位误差，增强固定效果，避免发生变形、偏差、肿瘤漏或少照射等异常情况，从而保证治疗效果，改善肿瘤患者的生存质量。%In recent years,with the development of modern precision radiotherapy technology,isocenter radiation therapy techniques have been widely used in clinical oncology.In this paper,the author discusses the application of combined body position fixation technique in the treatment of body tumor radiotherapy with retrospective analysis method.The high precision of the body position fixing technique can reduce the tumor isocenter position error,enhance the fixed effect,avoid abnormal conditions of deformation,deviation,tumor leakage or less irradiation,so as to ensure the treatment effect,improve the quality of life of patients with cancer.
