中药抗毒液雾化治疗手足口病疗效观察

摘要

目的：探讨中药抗毒液雾化治疗小儿手足口病的疗效。方法：收治手足口病患儿200例，分为对照组和治疗组各100例，对照组仅给予生理盐水+利巴韦林雾化治疗，治疗组给予中药抗毒液进行雾化治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗组3 d内退热的患儿明显多于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：中药抗毒液雾化疗效明显优于利巴韦林雾化。%Objective:To investigate the curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine anti atomization in the treatment of children with hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods:200 Children with hand-foot-mouth disease were selected.They were divided into the control group and the treatment group with 100 cases in each group.The control group received only physiological saline+ribavirin treatment.The treatment group received the traditional Chinese medicine anti atomization treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the defervesce children in 3 days of the treatment group were significantly more than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine anti atomization treatment is obviously better than that of ribavirin.
