厄贝沙坦与苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗老年高血压患者的疗效分析

摘要

Objective:To investigate the antihypertensive effect of irbesartan and levamlodipine.Methods:Elderly patients with essential hypertension were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.Irbesartan was selected as the based antihypertensive regimen selection of the two groups(150 mg/d),and the study group was added levamlodipine besylate(5 mg/d)for treatment.The blood pressure levels was compared between groups before and after treatment. Results:The difference was statistically significant in blood pressure between groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Irbesartan and levamlodipine besylate can significantly reduce the level of blood pressure in elderly hypertensive patients,which has important significance in protecting the function of the target organ.%目的：探讨厄贝沙坦与苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平的降压效果。方法：收治原发性高血压的老年患者，随机分为研究组和对照组。两组基础降压方案的选择均为厄贝沙坦(150 mg/d)，研究组加用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平(5 mg/d)治疗。对比两组治疗前后血压水平。结果：两组治疗后血压水平差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：厄贝沙坦与苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平能够显著降低老年高血压血压水平，对保护靶器官功能有重要的意义。
