健康体检者血浆肌酐水平与性别之间的关系研究

摘要

Objective:To explore the relationship between plasma creatinine level and gender in healthy subjects.Methods:1 000 healthy subjects who were taken physical examination were selected.They were divided into the male group(n=655) and the female group(n=345).The plasma creatinine level of healthy subjects were examined,and the results were compared and analyzed.Results:The creatinine level of the male group which taken health physical examination was(72.68±11.37)μmol/L,significantly higher than that of the female group of(54.12±7.76)μmol/L.The difference was statistically significant between groups(t=27.167,P<0.05).Conclusion:The men's plasma creatinine level is higher than that of women in healthy physical examination.It is of great significance to strengthen the application to prevent renal disease.%目的：探究健康体检者血浆肌酐水平、性别之间的关系。方法：收治健康体检者1000例，分为男性组(n=655)和女性组(n=345)，对健康体检者的血浆肌酐水平进行检查，对比分析检测结果。结果：男性健康体检者的肌酐水平(72.68±11.37)μmol/L 明显高于女性健康体检者(54.12±7.76)μmol/L，组间比较，差异有统计学意义(t=27.167， P＜0.05)。结论：健康体检者男性血浆肌酐水平比女性血浆肌酐水平高，加强应用对预防肾脏疾病具有重要的意义。
