咪达唑仑联合瑞芬太尼在脊椎骨折手术麻醉中的疗效探究

摘要

目的：探讨咪达唑仑联合瑞芬太尼在脊柱骨折手术患者的运用。方法：收治脊柱骨折患者88例，分两组，对照组给予咪达唑仑麻醉，联合组给予咪达唑仑联合瑞芬太尼麻醉，对比临床效果。结果：联合组患者呼吸频率、心率、麻醉优良率明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：在脊柱骨折手术患者的临床麻醉过程中给予咪达唑仑联合瑞芬太尼麻醉可提高麻醉优良率，且恢复快速。%Objective:To investigate the use of midazolam combined with remifentanil in patients with spinal fracture surgery. Methods:88 patients with spinal fractures were selected.They were divided into two groups.The control group was given midazolam anesthesia.The combined group received midazolam combined with remifentanil anesthesia.We compared the clinical effect between groups.Results:The rate of respiratory rate,heart rate and anesthesia in the combined group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Midazolam combined with remifentanil anesthesia can increase the excellent rate of anesthesia during the operation in patients with spinal fracture.
