乳酸杆菌胶囊联合奥硝唑胶囊治疗细菌性阴道炎的临床研究

摘要

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of lactobacillus capsule combined with ornidazole capsule in the treatment of patients with bacterial vaginitis.Methods:232 patients with bacterial vaginitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.Patients in the control group were treated by living bacteria capsules which was given to the deep part of the vagina after cleaning the vulva every night before going to bed.On this basis,patients in the treatment group were treated with oral ornidazole capsule.The curative effect of the two groups was observed.Results:The total effective rate of the control group was 75% which was lower than that of the treatment group of 96.55% .The difference was statistically significant(P=0.0000). Conclusion:The curative effect of lactobacillus capsule combined with ornidazole capsule in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis is significant.%目的：观察乳酸杆菌胶囊联合奥硝唑胶囊治疗细菌性阴道炎的治疗效果。方法：收治细菌性阴道炎患者232例，随机平分为两组，对照组每晚睡前清洗外阴后，给予乳酸杆菌活菌胶囊置于阴道深部；治疗组在此基础上口服奥硝唑胶囊，观察两组疗效。结果：对照组总有效率75.0%，低于治疗组的96.55%，两组比较，P=0.0000，差异具有统计学意义。结论：乳酸杆菌胶囊联合奥硝唑胶囊治疗细菌性阴道炎疗效显著。
