英夫利昔单抗治疗川崎病1例报告并文献复习

摘要

Objective:To explore new treatment for Kawasaki disease(KD) with intravenous immunoglobulin(IVIG) resistance. Methods:We made a retrospective analysis of patient with KD who were resistant to initial IVIG received infliximab,and reviewed the relevant literature.Results:Infliximab treatment for Kawasaki disease with intravenous immunoglobulin(IVIG) resistance take effect quickly,the patients’ temperature quickly returned to normal.Temporal hypothermia and aleucocytosis were detected.After one-year follow up,the patients has stable long-term outcome.Conclusion:Infliximab was probably a new choice for KD with IVIG resisitance.%目的：探讨对静脉注射人免疫球蛋白(IVIG)不敏感性川崎病治疗的新策略。方法：回顾性分析英夫利昔单抗治疗IVIG不敏感性川崎病患儿的诊疗过程，并回顾相关文献。结果：英夫利昔单抗治疗IVIG不敏感性川崎病起效迅速，体温迅速恢复正常，有一过性低体温、白细胞降低，长期随诊，治疗效果良好。结论：英夫利昔单抗是IVIG不敏感性川崎病治疗的新选择。
