英夫利昔单抗治疗肠白塞病二例并文献复习

摘要

白塞病又称贝赫切特病（ BD），是一种慢性全身性血管炎性疾病。白塞病常累及胃肠道，即肠白塞病，患者常出现胃肠道溃疡、出血、穿孔等。英夫利昔单抗（ IFX）是单克隆肿瘤坏死因子α（ TNF-α）拮抗剂，在多种炎性疾病中得到广泛应用。本文结合2例肠白塞病患者的诊治过程，分析IFX治疗肠白塞病的有效性和安全性。%Behcet's disease( BD) is a kind of chronic systemic vascular inflammatory disease. BD often affects stom-ach and intestines tunnel, thus intestinal BD occurs, patients usually have gastrointestinal ulcers, bleeding and perfora-tion. Infliximab(IFX)is a monoclonal TNF -α antagonist,which is widely used to treat many kinds of inflammatory disea-ses. The diagnosis and treatment process of two patients with intestinal Behcet's disease is reviewed,the efficacy and safety of in-fliximab in treatment of intestinal Behcet's disease are analysed in the paper.
