不规律服用降压药对原发性高血压患者治疗效果的影响

摘要

目的：探讨不规律服用降压药物对原发性高血压病患者降压效果的影响。方法：回顾性分析原发性高血压病患者的临床资料，比较规律服药组和不规律服药组的治疗效果。结果：两组微量尿白蛋白、血肌酐、左心室后壁厚度、C-反应蛋白比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。两组治疗后SBP、DBP、MAP均明显下降，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。治疗后规律服药组的血压下降程度优于不规律服药组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。治疗后不规律服药组CV明显高于规律服药组(P＜0.01)。结论：不规律服药患者的靶器官损伤较规律服药患者加重。%Objective:To investigate the antihypertensive effect of irregular antihypertensive drugs on patients with essential hypertension.Methods:The clinical data of patients with essential hypertension were analyzed retrospectively,and the clinical effect of the regular medication group and the irregular medication group were compared.Results:There were statistically significant differences of microalbuminuria,serum creatinine,left ventricular posterior wall thickness and C-reaction protein between groups(P<0.05).The SBP,DBP,MAP of the two groups after treatment were significantly decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The blood pressure of the regular medication group decreased more than that of the irregular medication group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After the treatment,the CV of the irregular medication group was significantly higher than that of the regular medication group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The target organ damage of patients with irregular medication were more serious than that of the patients with regular medication.
