氨溴索联合地塞米松雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管炎临床观察

摘要

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of ambroxol combined with dexamethasone inhalation in the treatment of infantile bronchitis.Methods:94 cases of children with bronchiolitis were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly.Patients in the control group were given routine symptomatic treatment.Patients in the observation group were given ambroxol combined with dexamethasone inhalation on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect and symptom disappearance time of two groups were compared.Results:The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 97.9%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 83.0%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The related symptom disappearance time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ambroxol combined with dexamethasone inhalation in the treatment of infantile bronchitis could improve the clinical effect significantly and promote the rapid recovery of the children's body.%目的：探讨氨溴索联合地塞米松雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管炎的临床效果。方法：收治支气管炎患儿94例，随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规对症治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予氨溴索联合地塞米松雾化吸入治疗，比较两组临床疗效及症状消失时间。结果：观察组临床总有效率97.9%，明显优于对照组83.0%，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组相关症状消失时间明显短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：氨溴索联合地塞米松雾化吸入治疗支气管炎患儿能显著提升治疗效果，促进患儿机体快速恢复。
