动态心电图联合运动平板试验诊断冠心病的临床价值分析

摘要

目的：探讨动态心电图联合运动平板试验诊断冠心病的临床价值。方法：收治冠心病患者80例，所有患者均停用可能影响 ST 段改变的药物3 d，采用平板运动检测系统进行检测，12导联动态心电图进行24 h 检测。结果：24 h动态心电图检测阳性54例，运动平板试验检测阳性66例，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，运动平板试验检测冠脉变化，明显优于24 h动态心电图检测结果(P＜0.05)。结论：动态心电图联合运动平板试验是诊断冠心病的重要方法，具有无创、安全、检出率高等特点。%Objective:To investigate the clinical value of dynamic electrocardiogram combined with treadmill exercise test on the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods:80 patients with coronary heart disease were selected.All the patients were discontinued the drugs which may affect the ST segment changes for three days,and monitored them using the tablet motion detection system,and 12 lead dynamic electrocardiogram machine for 24 h monitoring.Results:54 cases were positive with 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring,and 66 cases were positive diagnosed by the treadmill exercise test,an the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Treadmill exercise test in diagnosis of coronary artery changes was obviously superior than the 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dynamic electrocardiogram combined exercise treadmill test is an important method for diagnosis of coronary heart disease,which has no invasive,safe and also with high detection rate.
