原发性双侧乳腺癌33例临床分析

摘要

Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics,diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis of bilateral primary breast cancer.Methods:33 cases of primary bilateral breast cancer were selected.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:33 patients were all women.8 cases were synchronous breast cancer;25 cases were metachronous breast cancer.3 cases died,who were all synchronous bilateral breast cancer.23 cases were survival without disease.Conclusion:Bilateral primary breast cancer had no clear cause.Patients should be followed closely after surgery for unilateral breast cancer.Breast cancer risk factors should be reduced,and we should do early detection and early treatment.%目的：探讨双侧原发性乳腺癌的临床特点、诊治、原因及预后。方法：收治原发性双侧乳腺癌患者33例，回顾性分析其临床资料。结果：33例患者均为女性，同时性乳腺癌8例，异时性乳腺癌25例。死亡3例，均为同时性双侧乳腺癌，无病生存23例。结论：双侧原发性乳腺癌并无明确的病因，应在单侧乳腺癌术后密切随访，降低患乳腺癌的危险因素，及早发现，及早治疗。
