瑞舒伐他汀钙片联合蚓激酶胶囊治疗颈动脉斑块的疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of rosuvastatin calcium tablets combined with lumbrokinase in the treatment of carotid plaque.Methods:124 cases of patients with carotid plaques were treated with rosuvastatin calcium tablets combined with lumbrokinase capsule.The thickness of plaque and blood lipid levels before and after treatment were compared. Results:Compared with before treatment,the carotid atherosclerosis plaque after treatment decreased or disappeared.The TG,TC, LDL and HsCRP decreased significantly,the HDL was increased significantly,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rosuvastatin calcium tablets combined with lumbrokinase capsule could reduce the blood lipid levels and reduce the carotid plaque.%目的：探讨瑞舒伐他汀钙片联合蚓激酶胶囊治疗颈动脉斑块的疗效。方法：收治颈动脉粥样斑块患者124例，给予瑞舒伐他汀钙片联合蚓激酶胶囊治疗，比较治疗前后粥样斑块的厚度及血脂水平。结果：与治疗前比较，治疗后颈动脉粥样硬化斑块明显减少或消失，TG、TC、LDL及HsCRP显著下降，HDL显著上升，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：瑞舒伐他汀钙片联合蚓激酶胶囊可降低血脂，减少颈动脉斑块。
