护理干预对呼吸内科重症患者的临床效果分析

摘要

目的：探索护理干预对呼吸内科重症患者的临床效果。方法：收治呼吸内科重症患者38例，随机分成两组。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予常规护理联合护理干预，比较两组疗效及住院满意度。结果：观察组显效率、好转率明显高于对照组，无效率明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。观察组住院满意度明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：护理干预可提高呼吸内科重症患者的临床疗效，构建和谐的护患关系。%Objective:To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention on severe patients in department of respiratory medicine.Methods:38 cases of severe patients in department of respiratory medicine were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given conventional nursing;the observation group was given conventional nursing combined with nursing intervention.The curative effect and hospitalization satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results:The efficiency rate and improvement rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the inefficiency of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The difference of incidence of adverse reactions between groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The hospitalization satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention could improve the clinical curative effect of severe patients in department of respiratory medicine and construct harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
