可必特联合普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息样支气管炎临床效果观察

摘要

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of atomization inhalation of combivent combined with pulmicort respules in the treatment of pediatric asthmatic bronchitis.Methods:52 cases of children with asthmatic bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups.All of them were treated with conventional therapy.On this basis,patients in the observation group were treated with atomization inhalation of combivent combined with pulmicort respules,while patients in the control group were treated with ventolin and pulmicort respules.We observed the relevant indicators and compared the efficacy of two groups.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs of two groups were improved.Wheezing,coughing,wheezing,rales duration and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combivent combined with pulmicort respules in the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis can improve the cure rate of patients and shorten the course of treatment.%目的：观察可必特联合普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息样支气管炎的临床效果。方法：将52例小儿喘息样支气管炎患儿随机平分成两组，均采用常规治疗，在此基础上，观察组加用可必特联合普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗，对照组加用万托林及普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗。对相关指标进行观察，比较两组疗效。结果：治疗后两组患儿临床症状及体征均有不同程度的改善；在喘息、咳嗽、喘鸣音、湿啰音持续时间以及住院时间方面，观察组均短于对照组；观察组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：可必特联合普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息样支气管炎能提高患儿的治愈率，缩短疗程。
