中西医结合治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病的临床分析

摘要

Objective:To study the clinical effect of treating the nonalcoholic fatty liver disease with combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine.Methods:68 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were selected.They were divided into two groups.The patients in the Group A received conventional western medicine treatment,while the ones in the Group B received conventional western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment.The clinical treatment outcomes,liver function indexes and serum lipid indexes were compared between groups.Results:The clinical treatment effect of the Group B was significantly higher than that of the Group A(P<0.05).The liver function indexes and serum lipid indexes of the two groups were improved after the intervention,the improvement of the Group B was more significant,and the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of treating the nonalcoholic fatty liver disease with combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine is exact.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,liver function and lipid metabolism.%目的：研究中西医结合治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病的临床效果。方法：收治非酒精性脂肪肝病患者68例，分为两组。A组以常规西药进行治疗，B组用常规西药联合中药方剂。对比两组患者临床治疗结果、肝功能指标、血清脂质指标。结果：B组临床治疗效果显著比A组高(P＜0.05)。两组患者干预后肝功能指标和血清脂质指标均较干预前改善，但B组改善幅度更大，组间对比，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中西医结合治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病的临床效果确切，可有效改善患者的临床症状和肝功能，改善脂代谢情况。
