甘温除热法治疗顽固性口疮50例效果观察

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effect of antipyretic method in the treatment of intractable ulcer.Methods:50 patients with intractable ulcer were selected.All of the patients were treated with Bu Zhong Yi Qi decoction.We observed its curative effect. Results:Invalid in 2 cases,of which 1 case was transferred to the superior hospital and was diagnosed as Behcet's disease;16 cases were improved;32 cases were cured,the total efficiency was 96%.Conclusion:Bu Zhong Yi Qi decoction can enhance the body's resistance to anti fatigue,anti coagulation and other multiple roles,whenever the pathogenesis is deficiency of spleen qi and stomach qi,the gas shortage,the qing yang subsidence of diseases all conform to the Bu Zhong Yi Qi decoction in the treatment of category.%目的：探讨甘温除热法治疗顽固性口疮的效果。方法：收治顽固性口疮患者50例，所有患者给予补中益气汤加减进行治疗，观察其治疗效果。结果：无效2例，其中1例转上级医院诊断为白塞氏病；好转16例；治愈32例；总有效率96%。结论：补中益气汤有增强机体抵抗力、抗疲劳、抗凝血等多重作用，但凡病机为脾胃气虚、中气不足，清阳下陷的各种病证皆符合补中益气汤的治疗范畴。
