超导可视无痛人工流产的护理体会11105例

摘要

Objective:To investigate the nursing of superconducting visual painless artificial abortion.Methods:11 105 patients with superconducting visual painless artificial abortion were selected,we observed the operation effect by preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing.Results:Patients with shorter operative time,less bleeding,there were no complication of missed abortion,wrong absorption,artificial abortion syndrome etc.The patients recovered well after surgery,and the safety was high, without painful.Conclusion:Superconducting visual painless artificial abortion has the characteristics of accurate positioning,safe and painless so that patients and their families are more satisfied.%目的:探索超导可视无痛人工流产的护理.方法:收治行超导可视无痛人工流产患者11 105例,术前、术中及术后行护理观察,观察手术效果.结果:患者手术时间缩短,出血少,无吸宫不全、漏吸、子宫穿孔、人工流产综合征等并发症,患者术后恢复良好,安全性高,无痛苦.结论:开展超导可视无痛人流,定位准确、安全、无痛苦,使患者及家属比较满意.
