多索茶碱与氨茶碱治疗支气管哮喘患者64例的临床疗效对比分析

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of doxofylline and aminophylline in treatment of patients with bronchial asthma.Methods:64 patients with bronchial asthma were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.All patients underwent basic supportive treatment.The control group received intravenous aminophylline.The observation group received intravenous injection of doxofylline.We evaluated the efficacy and safety.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(93.8%vs81.3%);the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(6.3%vs25.0%);the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The treatment effect and safety of doxofylline is higher than conventional theophylline.%目的：探讨支气管哮喘患者应用多索茶碱与氨茶碱治疗的临床疗效及安全性对比。方法：收治支气管哮喘患者64例，随机平分为两组，均行基础支持治疗，对照组静脉滴注氨茶碱，观察组静脉滴注多索茶碱，进行疗效评估及安全性评价。结果：观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(93.8%vs81.3%)，且不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(6.3%vs25.0%)，组间比较，差异存在统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：多索茶碱治疗效果及安全性要高于常规茶碱类药物。
