高龄患者实施骨科手术的护理分析

摘要

目的：探讨高龄患者实施骨科手术的护理方法及效果。方法：收治行骨科手术的高龄患者56例，实施围术期护理，观察护理效果。结果：所有患者手术顺利，术后无并发症发生，护理满意度98.2%。结论：对行骨科手术的高龄患者实施全面细致的护理可保证手术的成功进行，促进患者康复，降低术后并发症发生率，提高患者生存质量。%Objective:To investigate the nursing methods and effects of the implementation of the department of orthopedics operation for elderly patients.Methods:56 elderly patients with department of orthopedics operation were selected.They were given perioperative care.We observed the nursing effect.Results:The operations were successful in all patients;there was no postoperative complications;the nursing satisfaction was 98.2% .Conclusion:Comprehensive and meticulous care for elderly patients with department of orthopedics operation can ensure the success of the operation,promote the rehabilitation of patients, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve the quality of life of patients.
