前列地尔注射液联合谷红注射液治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效

摘要

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of alprostadil injection combined with guhong injection in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods:100 patients with chronic renal failure were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with conventional methods.The observation group was treated with alprostadil injection combined with guhong injection.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of alprostadil injection combined with guhong injection in the treatment of chronic renal failure was significant.%目的：探讨前列地尔注射液联合谷红注射液治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效。方法：收治慢性肾衰竭患者100例，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用常规治疗，观察组采用前列地尔注射液联合谷红注射液治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果：观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组。结论：前列地尔注射液联合谷红注射液治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效显著。
