重症急性胰腺炎在ICU的治疗效果观察

摘要

目的：讨论重症急性胰腺炎患者在重症加强护理病房的治疗效果。方法：收治重症急性胰腺患者95例，分为常规组和治疗组，常规组采用常规治疗，治疗组采用ICU治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果：治疗组住院时间、机械通气时间和死亡率低于常规组(P＜0.05)。结论：重症急性胰腺炎患者在重症加强护理病房的治疗效果显著。%Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of severe acute pancreatitis in ICU.Methods:95 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were selected.They were divided into the routine group and the treatment group.The routine group was given conventional treatment.The treatment group was given ICU treatment.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the hospital stay,mechanical ventilation time and mortality were lower than the routine group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of severe acute pancreatitis in ICU was significant.
