玉米须应用于子痫前期轻度与重度临床分析

摘要

目的：探讨玉米须治疗子痫前期轻度与重度的效果。方法：将子痫前期轻度孕妇106例随机分为治疗组1和对照组，收治子痫前期重度孕妇53例为治疗组2，对照组采用常规治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加服玉米须水煎代茶饮，比较治疗效果。结果：治疗组1的疗效明显优于对照组和治疗组2(P＜0.05)。结论：玉米须对子痫前期轻度的治疗效果显著，自然分娩率提高。%Objective:To explore the clinical effect of corn silk used to mild and severe preeclampsia.Methods:106 cases of mild preeclampsia pregnant women were randomly divided into the treatment group 1 and the control group.53 cases of severe preeclampsia pregnant women were selected as the treatment group 2.The control group was treated with conventional treatment. The treatment group was treated with corn silk on the basis of the control group.We compared the treatment effect.Results:The curative effect of the treatment group 1 was significantly better than the control group and the treatment group 2(P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of corn silk used to mild preeclampsia was significant,and the natural delivery rate was increased.
