精神科护士心理健康状况调查分析

摘要

Objective To study the mental health status of psychiatric nurses .Methods 195 psychiatric nurses were surveyed by the symptom checklist (SCL-90) .Results Each factor score of SCL-90 of psychiatric nurse was higher than those of the norm .The factor scores of somatization , interpersonal relationship ,anxiety ,hostility ,phobic in young nurses were higher than those in the middle-aged nurses .Conclusion Mental health of psychiatric nurses needed to be concerned .The psychological problems of young nurses were more prominent .%目的：了解精神科护士的心理健康状况。方法采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）评定195名精神科护士的心理健康状况。结果精神科护士SCL-90的各项因子得分均高于常模。年轻护士躯体化、人际关系、焦虑、敌对、恐怖因子得分均高于中年护士。结论精神科护士的心理健康值得关注，年轻的护士心理问题较为突出。
