产科危重症安全性评估内容和评估指标的建立与评价

摘要

Objective To establish a scientific,objective and practical safety efficiency evaluation scale for the critically ill obstetric patients.Methods Based on the related literature,the indicators of efficiency for the critically ill obstetric patients system were identified tentatively.Then 25 experts accepted 2-round consultation using the Delphi method.Results The response rate of experts in the first and second round consultation was 92% and 100% respectively.The scale constructed comprised of 27 indicators about evaluation basis and 8 evaluation indicators in 3 dimensions.The experts′authority coefficient was 0.91,and the coordination coefficient was 0.60. Conclusions The evaluation system has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a standard and guidance for obstetric nurses in clinical practice.%目的：初步构建一套科学、客观、实用的产科危重症安全性效能评价指标。方法查阅相关文献,初步设定产科危重症安全性效能观察指标,运用德尔菲法对25名专家进行2轮咨询,确定评价指标体系。结果第1轮专家合作系数为92%,第2轮专家合作系数为100%；确立了包含3个维度、8项评价指标、27项评价依据的效能评价指标体系；专家权威系数为0.91,协调系数为0.60。结论产科危重症安全指标体系具有较好的可靠性和权威性,可作为产科护理人员工作实践的标准和指南。
