鸦胆子油乳联合顺铂行胸膜固定治疗肺癌所致恶性胸腔积液的临床观察

摘要

ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy and side -effects ofleurodesis combined with cis -platinum and bruceolic oil emulsion in the treatment of lung cancer malignant pleural effusion.Methods 80 patients with lung cancer malignant pleural effusion were selected and di-vided randomly into treatment group and control group,each group include 40 cases.Patients in treatment group were treated with bruceolic oil emulsion(1 00ml)and cis -platinum(40mg/m2 )while patients in control group were treated with cis -platinum (40mg/m2 )by in-trathoracic injection,every 7 days in one course and total of three courses .After treated with all courses,the therapeutic effect ,quality of life and adverse effect were compared between two groups.ResultsThe objective response rates,quality of life and adverse effect showed no significant difference in the treatment group and control group.Conclusion The treatment of pleurodesis combined with cis -platinum and bruceol-ic oil emulsion achieved a good objective response rate,while less adverse effect in patients of lung cancer malignant pleural effusion.%目的：观察顺铂联合鸦胆子油乳行胸膜固定术治疗肺癌所致恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法：将80例确诊为肺癌所致恶性胸腔积液患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组每组40例，留置引流导管，治疗组给予鸦胆子油乳100ml 及顺铂40mg／m2，胸膜腔注射，7天1次，共2－3次，对照组给予顺铂40mg／m2，胸膜腔注射，7天1次，共2－3次，治疗结束后观察临床疗效、生活质量及毒副作用。结果：治疗组客观缓解率、生活质量善率和对照组无明显差别，治疗组的消化道不良反应发生率低于对照组。结论：鸦胆子油乳联合顺铂行胸膜固定治疗肺癌所致恶性胸腔积液，具有明确疗效，不良反应较少。
