复方甲硝唑栓联合雌三醇乳膏对萎缩性阴道炎患者阴道内环境的影响

摘要

目的:分析研究复方甲硝唑栓联合雌三醇乳膏对萎缩性阴道炎(atrophic vaginitis)患者阴道内环境的影响.方法:选取于2016年1月至2017年2月我院治疗的萎缩性阴道炎患者100例,随机分为2组,每组各50例患者.对照组的患者采用单纯复方甲硝唑栓治疗,观察组的患者联合复方甲硝唑栓、雌三醇乳膏进行治疗.观察治疗前、治疗后1个月及6个月时,两组患者阴道pH、阴道乳酸杆菌数量及阴道健康评分情况,期间随时监测治疗过程中是否发生药品不良反应.结果:经比较治疗前和治疗结束1个月、6个月时两组患者阴道pH、阴道乳酸杆菌数量及阴道健康评分,联合使用复方甲硝唑栓联合雌三醇乳膏的各项检查结果都优于对照组,治疗效果明显(P＜0.05),而且两组患者在治疗过程中均未发生药品不良反应.结论:复方甲硝唑栓联合雌三醇乳膏治疗萎缩性阴道炎效果明显,能有效的改善患者阴道内环境,并且能维持较长时间.%Objective:To study the effect of using the compound metronidazole suppositoriesand the estriol ointment on the vagina internal environmentin patients with the atrophic vaginitis.Methods:100 patients were randomly divided into two groups with 50 patients in each group,selected from January 2016 to February 2017.The patients in the control group were treated with the compound metronidazole suppositories,and the others were treated with the compound metronidazole suppositoriesand the estriol ointment.Observed the two groups of patients with the vaginal pH quantity,the number ofvaginal lactobacilli and the vaginal healthy scorebefore and end treatment 1 month,6 months.Any adverse drug reactions during the treatment was monitored.Results:By comparing two groups of patients with the vaginal pHquantity,The number ofvaginal lactobacilli and the vaginal healthy scorebefore and end treatment 1 month,6 months,the group treated with the compound metronidazole suppositoriesand the estriol ointment in all kinds of test results were superior to the control group,and the efficacy of the treatment was obvious(P＜0.05).The two groups did not have any adverse drug reactions during the treatment.Conclusion:The effect of using the compound metronidazole suppositoriesand the estriol ointment on the vagina internal environmentin patients with the atrophic vaginitis was obvious.It can effectively improve the vagina internal environmentin patients with the atrophic vaginitis andlastslonger.
