摘要

The Yarlung Tsangpo River is the longest highland river in China,nourishing an abundance of ecological biodiversity.In recent years,along the two sides of the riverbank on the plateau,environmental protection-oriented plans (involving the manual plantation of grass,returning cultivated lands to grasslands,strengthening affoorestation measures,and promoting biodiversity protection)have been drafted,put into effect,and attained remarkable success.
