Policy and Legal Environment for E-Commerce in China

     

摘要

The 16th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party has made the development strategy of “promoting industrialization by using informatization” and the informatization of national economy;the Third Plenary Session of the ! 6th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party regards“developing modem mode of circulation such as e-commerce,chain business,materials circulation” as an important means to perfect market system and to standardize market order.Under the guidance and promotion of these fundamental policies and measures, the e-commerce and informatization of our country have made a fast development in recent years, which has accelerated the process of informatization of the national economy. However, at the same time we must see that the ecommerce development of our country still faces a lot of obstacles, among which there are several unhealthy factors in policy, laws and regulations, standard, credit, etc, having directly influenced the popularization, application and development of e-commerce in our country. In this article, through the analysis of the latest legislation trend of international e-commerce and the policy, law and environment of Chinese e-commerce, we hope to put forward our suggestions on how to perfect the policy, law and environment of our country's e-commerce; this is just for your reference.
