Ever since he became local party committee secretary in Guangxi province’s Sanjiang Dong autonomous county in 2018,Lei Haizhou has spent less time with his family,but he was chancing a holiday trip.When our reporter contacted Lei right before Labor Day,he was about to go to urban Liuzhou to visit.
