青少年短道滑冰运动员的思想教育

摘要

Growth of teenage skaters has a great significance for Chinese sports development in the future,in order to promote the sustainable development,ideologically educate teenage short track speed skaters,promote the overall quality of skaters to meet the needs of practical work.To get this goal, the coaches should do a good political and ideological education of students to ensure to improve the complete cultural qualities,sports energy,ideological and political quality of students,teenage short track speed skaters have humanities so that they will be able to learn from Chinese traditional history and philosophy. Science and knowledge,understanding modern famous new theories,new technologies, new materials,keep pace in order to meet the country's needs for high-quality skaters. Meanwhile,the treatment of foreign advanced culture,should be eclectic,do not blindly positive or negative,so as to solve the doubts of short track speed skaters,enabling their thoughts to keep pace with the times.%青少年运动员的成长对于国家未来体育事业发展意义重大，为了促进我国体育事业的可持续发展，对青少年短道速滑运动员进行政治思想教育，促进其运动员的综合素质的提升，以满足实际工作的需要。为了实现这个目的，教练员要做好青少年短道速滑运动员的政治思想教育工作，确保其全面的文化素质、体育素能、思想政治素质的同步提升，青少年短道速滑运动员具有人文修养，才能够从中国传统的文史哲中汲取营养。科学知识素养的提升，了解新理论、新技术、新材料，跟上时代的步伐，才可以满足国家对于高素质运动员的需要。同时，对待国外的先进文化，要兼收并蓄，不能一味的肯定或否定，这样才能解决在青少年短道速滑运动员中存在的疑惑，从而能使自己的思想跟上时代发展的步伐。
