冬季两项新竞赛规则变化给我们的启示

摘要

Competition is knowledge,is also a science,the rules of competition is the legal basis which makes competitions fair and scientific. At present,China has no rules of competitions for biathlon of our own,understanding the changes of rules of competitions by International Biathlon Confederation plays an important role in improving the development of Chinese biathlon and getting the chance to bid the 24th Winter Olympic Games in 2022. The new competition rules put forward to make some groups in order to protect young people,young men and women are only allowed to take part in the relay when they participate in the European Open Championships;It gives a strict requirement for the climatic condition,meanwhile,improving the conditions for the venue,the venues will be in line with international standards,need to invest a lot of money to make them international,standardization and scientification.%竞赛工作是一门学问，也是一门科学，竞赛规则是使竞赛公平、竞赛科学的法律性依据。目前，我国没有制定自己的冬季两项竞赛规则，了解、认识国际冬季两项联盟新公布的冬季两项竞赛规则的变化对促进冬季两项在我国的发展，对提高我国北京申办2022年第24届冬奥会的成功率具有重要的作用。冬季两项新竞赛规则为了保护青年，进行了分组，青年男女参加欧洲公开锦标赛时只允许参加接力比赛；对比赛的气候条件进行严格的规定，同时提高了对比赛场地的条件要求，国内的比赛场地要与国际接轨，需要投入大量资金进行改造才能达到国际化、标准化、科学化；对我国运动员后备队伍建设、运动训练、比赛设计与安排等具有重要的启示
