新型速度滑冰陆地全相模拟场地与训练方法的研究

         

摘要

According to the requirements of technique and physical agility and land training for individual speed skaters,a new full-phased imitation training equipment of speed skating has been developed. This paper introduces the structure and function of full-phased imitation field,and based on the new full-phased imitation training field on land,training methods are designed,which can realize on overstressing strength training of distance,time,frequency. Set up sports technical movement mechanism of conditioned reflex ability,in order to improve their stroking power and duration of speed skaters,to innovative technology platform and training methods for improving the competitive level of speed skaters.%针对速度滑冰运动员个体对比赛项目的技术、体能要求和陆地训练,进行了新型速度滑冰陆地全相模拟训练场地器械的研制,介绍了全相模拟场地的结构、功能,并基于新型速度滑冰陆地全相模拟训练场地性能设计了训练方法,可实现在陆地按项目的距离、时间、步频超负载力量的训练,建立运动技术动作条件反射能力机制,以提高速滑运动员冰上腿的单步蹬动力量及持续的时间,为提高速滑运动员竞技水平创新了技术平台和训练方法手段。
