优化邻菲罗啉分光光度法测定绿标盐中柠檬酸铁铵的分析研究

摘要

针对邻菲罗啉分光光度法测定绿标盐中柠檬酸铁铵含量的准确度进行分析研究，通过用柠檬酸铁铵标准物质代替硫酸铁铵标准物质的方法，避免了因为换算系数带来的结果误差，更准确的测定食盐中柠檬酸铁铵的含量，更好的指导绿标盐的生产，确保柠檬酸铁铵的添加量在规定的范围内。%According to accuracy analysis and study of the determination of ammonium citrate in green salt with optimization of the spectrophotometric method and was used through replacing the standard method of ammonium sulfate with the standard substance of ammonium ferric sulfate in order to avoid the error caused by the conversion factor; determine the content of ammonium citrate in edible salt accuracy ; guide the green salt production and guarantee the addition amount of citric acid iron is within the specified range.
